Meditation on Sunday Mornings

From 10 to 11AM every Sunday morning we offer the opportunity to engage online in foundational meditation practice in the shamatha/vipashana style as it has traditionally been done over the past two millennia, manifesting enlightened society.

Meditation instruction is available and admission is free. No previous meditative experience is necessary. You will need to provide your own sitting cushion or chair.

You can view our monthly calendar to register to attend a sitting session and receive the link to the Zoom event or to confirm a sitting period wasn’t canceled for any reason.

Upon registration, participants will be sent the Zoom log-in information and link. You may join via your internet connection at home.

Note: Register now and expect some delay in the registering process. Then, once you have registered, the original log-in info for the Zoom series of meetings will stay the same for each succeeding one unless a change is announced so there is no need to register again.
