Meditation on Sunday Mornings

From 10 to 11AM every Sunday morning* we offer the opportunity to engage in foundational meditation practice in the shamatha/vipashana style as it has traditionally been done over the past two millennia, manifesting enlightened society. Starting in March, 2020, we’re joining online by Zoom link for this practice.

Meditation instruction is available and admission is free. No previous meditative experience is necessary. You will need to provide your own sitting cushion or chair.
